This apartment is very old, and they have very minimum space (inside). We paid the rent on time, and they have no tolerance in helping the resident. I lived there for 10 month, and when I was pregnant, i was asking for the covered space near my unit, but they rejected. Parking safety is very poor, my husband lost his car audio in this covered parking space. And now, they charging us for unreasonable amount for cleaning, instead of we have cleaned it thoroughly.

First, thank you for paying your rent on time. Second, each parking stall has been pre-selected for each apartment home in order to provide convenience to all residents. We are confident your parking stall met this criteria. We work very hard while our residents live at Springhill. The last thing we want to do is erase all that effort by charging for cleaning and damages unnecessarily. Unfortunately if an apartment is left in poor condition charges will need to be assessed. We wish you the very best in your new home and thank you for your time here at Springhill.
