The worst place to live, over paid for our small one bedroom apartment, they let anyone rent from, lived next to sex offenders, and people with criminal records, i know this because i pay for the privilege of knowing. parking is terrible, my assigned spot was no where near my apartment. they spend more money on upgrading the "looks" of the outside of the complex then they do with the appliances that have been in apartments for the past 20 years. Management was good except for Emily Black, the "assistant manager" we were talked down to every time we had to deal with her, avoid her at all costs, she thinks alot of herself for someone who is an assistant manager of an apartment complex. overall worst year ever, could of gotten a bigger apartment in a nicer area for the same price if not less. oh and if your car gets broken into dont waste your time telling them, they dont care, if little mexican kids swear at you and throw rocks at your pregnant wife dont bother telling them, they dont care. But if you want a management team that does nothing Springhill is your place, and to all you criminals and sex offenders if you need a place to live and easy targets to commit your crimes, Springhill is your place!!

It is unfortunate to learn your time at Springhill Apartments has not been pleasant for you. It is Springhill management??????s goal to create an environment that makes your apartment home the best community to live in. Since you have been through the application process you know that a criminal background check is preformed on every applicant over the age of eighteen years of age. Applications with felony charges, in which you describe, are not acceptable and are denied. Springhill management trains its office staff to uphold the lease agreement. In addition please know if you have any problems with your apartment home we are here to discuss this matter with you. Please contact the office at your earliest convenience.
