I would strongly recommend not renting from Springhill s apartments, I had a lease that expired on 11/30, I paid the entire amount of the lease to 11/30, had moved from the apartment on 10/3 but continued to pay the lease up to the 11/30 date, on 11/14 I told them I was going on vacation and turned my keys in, later received letter because I turned my keys early, even though I had paid in full that I had broke the lease and was changed for doing so. This is clearly wrong, and should be investigated.

Dear Past Resident ~ I am hoping you have contacted our office and we have rectified your final statement of account, because if what you are saying is accurate you should only be charged until the end of your lease, and you state that you have already paid that. I look forward to hearing that your account is statisfied. In regards to jack0000 response I have been in this business for 27 years and have never intentionally over charged anyone. Your complaint could easily be solved if you can show you were charged twice. We want nothing more than for you to be a satisfied customer. Sincerely, Julie Propety Manager

We showed two charges to the credit card and still had to fight you guys.
