My roommate and I moved in at the end of September 2002. When we moved in we were promised a gym membership since they don't have a fitness center on the property. We have yet to see one and everytime we ask about it they tell us they are still working on it. Then we called to have them fix our door because it didn't stay latched. No one returned our message so we put a second lock on it so that we could feel safe in our apartment. A couple of weeks later we called because our disposal makes an earthquake when you turn it on. The maintenance guy came and said they would order a new one. A month went by and we called them, they came over at a time we were unaware of and couldn't get in because of the second lock. They got mad at us even though it was their neglegence that made us put it on anyway. We have had members of their staff hang up on us when confronted with a problem and also blame us for things that are completely their fault such as putting our rent checks in someone else's account. I would never recommend anyone living here. They are too high priced for what you get.
