Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
Watch out when you terminate your lease that you don't get stuck with additional costs years later that they don't tell you about.

I am trying to close on a home and cannot because they placed something negative on my credit rating 6 years after I left there. Run for the hills...better yet, rent somewhere else! Don't waste your time looking at a complex that is over 20 years old!
