It's not the best but, it's not the worst

Honestly this place is not that bad. The apartment buildings are maintained well and the inside of my apartment looks fine. Nothing has broke down on us yet so I can't complain. I do notice that the ground keepers are constantly picking trash up and my area seems to be very clean. I have seen the cops in the complex once in the past 6 months. There are a lot of kids running around here but, what do you expect..this is mormon country. I do notice that the walls are very thin and I can here the people above me ALL THE TIME. I can also agree that when it comes to ventilation you can smell whats going on if the smell is strong enough (next door neighbors painting etc). The parking could be better too.
