Well...What an experiance this has been. Problems with the apartment, inconciderate people, lost money....The list goes on. So here's the story

Myself and three friends moved in abput a year ago and at first it seemed all nice and great. Good looking place. Nice staff, at least untill you've been here at least 3 months. The Managment has a wonderful thing called false enthusiasim. At first you get treated like your top dog. Then after awhile your the runt of the pack. On several occasions we've seen the managment lost money orders, they don't give recipts for ANYTHING due to "Their Attourny say's not to" crap. They give you a photocopy of the money order (Or check) and call it good. But only if you request it. Which any common person would know 'Won't hold in court'

Then there's the problems with the apartments themselves. They look good, but they have more problems than a farm animal on crack. Fridges always go out, flooding apperantly is common here, and you get blamed for things that are not your fault.

The AC seems alright, but is constantly having break downs.

So otherwise if your thinking that these are small things compaired to the past places you've lived, go for stillwater. For those of you with common sense, look elsewhere. This place is a freaking joke. Parking sucks and managment will suck you dry.

All in all, while a good looking community, stillwater is unorganized, uncaring and overall a pain to deal with. I suggest that those of you with Children certainly go looking elsewhere.

Oh yeah and also, the apartments are small depite what Stillwater tells you. you pay too much for too little. Also the Bay Window in the guest bedroom is unreachable without a latter and for anyone that works graveyard shift or likes to sleep in, it's impossible.
