Stillwater appears to be a lovely beautiful apartment complex on the outside, but upon digging deeper, a rude, uncaring, selfish manager ruins the facade. We moved into Stillwater happy as can be until we discovered our air conditioner did not work. After about two to three months of intense 100 degree weather and mulitple calls it was finally half repaired. Then Fall came and we had an even bigger problem and headache to face. The normal light rains proved Stillwaters drain system to be unreliable. Completely damaging our car that was parked in the assigned parking stall with flooding, Stillwater management refused to assist us. The office staff were very apologetic, but the office manager was horrible. She hung up on me multiple times and refused to talk to me, I called back and asked for her manager's phone number which they gave me. I left a message 6 months ago, still awaiting a call back..... All I can say is, if you want a great place to live with a reasonable staff, look elsewhere, this is not your place......
