rent too high-grounds dirty and unkept

most maintenance staff great-no one takes care of the grounds but yourself.Pool was down one whole year, ponds look like they will be down that amount of time.Its pretty safe here as police are here daily. apts are tiny and too high priced. however I've met some really great residents. Need new mgmt that gets out and walk the grounds to see all the trash. sidewalks and stairs in desparate need of repair. more trash around the dumpsters then in it.
