The only good thing is the location. Management is rude. Maintenance men are nice but most don't really know what they are doing. Stairs in many places are falling apart and it takes literally months to get them repaired. Repairs are done without you present, without permission. Pool is poorly kept clean but very old. Not enough dumpsters in many places so they overflow and garbage is everywhere. Beware if you park underground lots of break-ins.
