My family has lived at stonehedge for the last couple of years. While I'll admit I've seen both negatives and positives to living here. The ponds have been a lovely contribution to the community-however they need to be much better maintained. The security (late night only) is questionable. I've seen several different security guards over the course of time I've been here. And yes-some have been much more attentive,approachable,and thorough than others. As far as the maintenance-those guys are great! They work hard and do the best they can to meet everyones needs.Patience and understanding go along way. The laundry rooms could definitely use some remodeling and expansion. The grounds are old-but well kept. And as far as the office personnel go.. the apartments manager herself is a genuine sweetheart. I've always been greeted with a friendly smile. A couple of other office staff could be more courteous and professional by not tending to the t.v. in the clubhouse or outside smoking on the phone. Especially when tenants have Questions or concerns. No matter how it is looked at- the bottom line is that no matter where you live in an apartment community there will always be complaints. And for the most part I've felt safe and secure here at stonehedge. I have truly enjoyed being a tenant here. Yes-I would recommend it.
