I can't believe that I took so long to update this review

Although we have lived here a short time, my wife and I are really enjoying our apartment. The properties has good amentities including a pool, jacuzzi, tennis and racquetball courts, billiard, darts, and the largest fitness facility(Over run with kids and meatheads) I have seen in any apartment building. There are picnic areas with gas grills and large grassy areas(Wouldn't dare use them because of all the riff raff in the area), perfect for children and pets. The facility is totaly enclosed by a fence, and the gates automatically close around dark(except they never work). There are many covered reserved parking stalls available for $10 a month, and a sufficient amount of uncovered free parking. If you are interested in knowing more feel free to e-mail me questions at CBRdream21@hotmail.com UPDATE: Shortly before leaving this apartment we had problems with our cable. The cable man did not show up when scheduled, and we were not home when he came. Timbercreek maintenance let the cable man into our apartment without notifying us, and they apparently had a diagnostic menu on my plasma screen for a long period of time(this was apparent when I turned it on because the diagnostic menu was still visible because it had burnt into my screen.) Comcast and Timbercreek both refused to take any responsibility for my damaged television, but luckily Ultimate electronics gave me a check for the purchase price of the TV because I had an extended warranty. When me moved from the appartment they tried to bill me for cleaning and carpet replacement even though the carpet stains were well documented, and the apartment had been meticulously cleaned. When I disputed the charge for carpet replacment they told me that the I would have to pay for it because no stains were documented on our move in inspection. When I asked to see the inspection for they claimed that they could not find it. Luckily I had a copy of the checklist handy, and after seeing it they immediately canceled the fees for the carpet but still stuck me with a cleaning fee.
