Descent place to live

I moved in here right after I graduated college and was moving out on my own. Although it's been a few months since I moved out, I figured I'd send in a review with a couple of things to keep in mind.

To start it off, the look of the complex is very nice and the apartments themselves were a great size for their price around the area. I ended up getting a dog during my stay there and they were curtious about it and the community of dog owners there made it a welcome addition. The fitness center is fantastic and is one of the best features about the complex for sure. Overall, the whole layout of everything around the community is nice and a lot of the tennants seemed quite frienldy.

On the downside, there was only two complaints I had about the place. The first and most important is the cars broken into. I have heard about other places having their trouble, whereas here there were weeks where it was a nightly occurances. The most frusterating part of this was the automatic gates and after dark cars would park outside of the complex waiting for tennants to pull in so they could follow in behind them (this could not be stopped as I tried countless times since the gates won't close until the area is cleared). The second issue would be the paper thin walls. While honestly not that big of a deal, if you are unfortunate like me you might find yourself living next to a couple that fights nonstop where the shouting can be heard throughout your entire apartment (the lady would also yell at me through the wall to turn my TV down when it wasn't even that loud).

Throughout the year I stayed there I found it to be a nice place to live. For the cost of rent, I would possibly consider living there again if I were still in Salt Lake but to those looking I would suggest looking at a couple more options if only for the safety purposes.
