This is the first apartment I have lived in. When I was first shown the apartment complex I thought it was wonderful. The model looks so nice and clean with new paint and new carpet, the community is gated and has several very nice amenities.
Upon moving in I found the complex was the complete opposite from what I was told. The gate that is supposed to keep people out has been broken several times since I have moved in. The pool and hot tub were both being repaired for over half of the season, the hot tub was needing repairs for even longer.
The apartment itself was a mess. They have you sign your contract and everything before you get to enter your apartment. There is old wallpaper, old stained carpet, old appliances, and there was food on the walls. The outlet covers are so old that as soon as you plug something it the outlet cover breaks off the wall.
Management is very rude. If you go in or call for any reason they are very short with you. They act like you are the problem, not the apartments.
I would have to say that I have learned a very valiable lesson from living in these apartments. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to move into these apartments. They are in desprite need of remodeling. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
