I've lived here 5 years and love it. The apartments are on the old side, but maintenance responds quickly. Usually they come that day or the next.
The best thing about these apartments is the neighborhood. It's in the middle of really nice homes. It's a safe area with the University Police substation here, and they patrol it too. The neighbors are all great, and you get a bunch of diversity. It's an incredible community, I'll be sad to leave.
