We enjoyed our time here. It is rather old and the walls are made of cinder block but overall enjoyable. We lived in a two bedroom and the kitchen, if you can call it that, is basically one shelf at the end of the living room. The three bedroom aparments had a much better kitchen.

It is very nice if you have children as you have a playground right in the front.

The noise between apartments is not great but better than most apartments I've lived in.

The best part is the utiilties! They pay for them. If you're hot turn up the AC to 65 degrees, or if your cold simply turn up the heat.

Maintanance was generally quick to respond and did a compentent job at fixing things.

Overall I would recommend but you must be a student.
