This is the worst possible place to live. The children run wild day and night. Every other day I had to call the police on the kids and once I even had to call the police on the maintenance man due to threats of physical violence from him. Speaking of maintenance this complex thinks a little duct tape and some caulk will fix anything. The manager has no interest in making the complex a safe place to live. The manager just wants money. The utilities they charge are too high and probably not the right amount. One month last summer the water bill was over $50 for 2 people. The management will try to fine people $75 for littering and when asked cannot prove that the person actually littered. There is one dryer in the laundry that has been broken for 2 years. There are people that live there that fight day and night and whole complex can hear. The police are over at the complex at least every other day if not more. The windows are drafty, the carpet rotton and the A/C goes out at least twice during the summer. The complex is on a broiler system and you are lucky to get hot water. Last November there was no hot water for 4 days. They also charge you $17 a month just to park your car.

This complex wasn't always this bad. It became really bad when AMC Management bought it. The manager that was refered in the previous review, actually ran it into the ground worse than any of the other managers. Its only homey if you like crime, noise, filth, and violent children. In conclusion, DO NOT RENT AT THE VILLA FRANCHE APARTMENTS! You'll get nickeled and dimed and end up miserable.
