I have lived here for 10 years and this place is better now than it ever has been. There is a great maintenance guy now that gets things done and the girls in the office actually seem to care about me and my neighbors. In the past few months it's gotten quieter and seems safer. I recommend this place to anyone and have other family members moving in soon.

I'm sure it is quieter now because everyone has moved out and now the management is trying to keep the tenants that they can. Is the knife-wielding 7 year old still there?

I live in Eastbrook apartments, which is run by the same incompetent people who run Villa Franche. Are you sure Villa Franche has gotten better? I agree with the above response. Everyone at Eastbrook is fed up with the incompetent management and my roommates and I are currently considering filing complaints with 3 different organizations to get the management to step up and start acting like a management company.

It "SEEMS" quieter? maybe you have just become complacent with the filth, dirt, and inept mis-managers! "The girls in the office seem to "CARE"? The only thing those girls care about is doing anything they can to keep their jobs by shafting the existing tenants and lying their guts out in order to ensnare new victims! Those "girls" are inept and unprofessional and perpetuate the low quality of life for every single person living at SCUM-Villa Franche. It would be nice to know what fantasy apartment you live in (give me the apartment number PLEESE!) because I would like to come and see how nice it is where you live.
