Sky Harbor Apartments

1876 West N. Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84116

06/21/14 by Karenandsteven: This apartment complex looks nice but they will find every reason to fine you when you move out, and they are not prompt with maintenance. We had to ask four times to get our oven fixed. When we moved out they fined us 286 dollars because we let them know 57 days in advance instead of 60 days. They also fined us 60 dollars for paint touch ups. The paint was exactly the same as when we moved in. more

Cobble Creek Apartment Homes

5251 South 1300 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84117

06/26/14 by cquinte22: Emily Fairbanks was amazing when helping us lease an apartment. She gave us valuable and unbiased advise, answered all of our questions and concerns. She's super funny, friendly and easy to talk to, always ready to help us fix any issue in our apartment. Living in Cobble Creek is nice, it's convenient as it's close to many stores, bus stop and mail box. Maintenance is always on more

Eagles Landing Apartments

625 S. Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, UT 84104

06/16/14 by anonymous: Dont let the pictures fool you. Especially the staff. They are a joke. They are polite and nice at first but onced you have signed the lease they go after you for any little thing. When something breaks down and you call for them to fix it it takes at least over a month for them to get to it, and your lucky if they fix it right the first time. The maintance suck. They also make it seem like its more

Royal Farms

2102 Royal Farm Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84121

03/29/14 by Asisjec: I'm living at royal farms right now... Our family moved in from out of state and we couldn't see the place before hand. The apartment is nice, but the people in the office are so rude. They're always in a bad mood! They act like you're living here for free. What I felt really bad about, was they had all these deals online, and when I asked them they said they more

Apartments on the Green

1153 N Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84116

08/19/13 by anonymous: This is absulutly the worst place I have lived in my whole life! When my husband and I first moved in there was no problems at all for the first couple of days then we started seeing cockroaches in our cupboards and then the pest control came in and sprayed and then we didnt have any problems for a couple of months! Then we started getting bites on our bodies and soon came upon the realization more

Sunset Towers

40 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84102

03/01/14 by anonymous: I currently live there and moving out by the end of this month. When i first moved in, the rent was acceptable given how old and crappy these apartments are. I dont think the apartments have been renovated in the past 50 years. The AC barely cools in the summer because all apartments have the same compressor. To be brief, when i was paying 700/month, this apartment was perfect. But more

Fox Point in Old Farm

514 East 4090 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84107

07/09/14 by Verified Resident: We love living at Fox Point. The duck pond and pet-friendly apartments are the highlights for us. Spacious bedrooms and W/D hookups are also a big plus. We would probably stay a long time if 1) it were slightly less expensive -or- some utilities/wi-fi were included with the rent 2) 3-bedroom apartments for expanding families and 3) less expensive pet rent and deposit. more

Cottonwood Apartments

4705 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84117

07/07/14 by Verified Resident: I have been here for a little over a week and so far I am pretty pleased with the experience. I do not like that the cost of the card to gain access to the gym and computer room after hours is $50 and the apartment is a bit older looking than I expected, but it suits my needs. However, the water pressure in the shower is not the greatest, and the toilet is very slow to flush and sometimes doesn't more

360 South 200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

06/20/14 by BC221914: Our experience was bearable knowing that it was very temporary. What we thought would be the best part - moving out - turned out to be a nightmare. Be aware that there is a clause for automatic monthly roll over after the lease end date. Not a problem, except that the company won't abide by state regulations to make you aware of the clause. When we confronted the rental office, they said more
