Yikes Yes, this is the ghetto. The other tenants are scary and sometimes annoying. My old neighbor would constantly set his smoke alarm off because he thought he could smoke inside of the apartment. I have lived here for almost a year and the indoor jacuzzi has yet to be fixed...sauna is old

Great location, older apartments Great location. The Holiday Lions Rec Center is literally right across the street. Safe neighborhood. Apartments are spacious and well lit.
Unfortunately the walls seem pretty thin and our neighbor watches TV 24/7. The appliances and windows are old.

Ideal Location! I have lived at Park Capitol for 6 months and LOVE IT! There is never any noise issues on the weekend (unlike other Apartments I have lived at.) The Grounds are well kept, the staff is very friendly, as well as the maintence crew.
