I could have a house for what we are paying at alpine meadows. appliances are old and things keep falling apart. Prices need to be lowered to compensate for age, but they continue to be increased. We have lived here for over a year, and had a good experience with the staff until leslie became manager. She has raised our rent and treats us like we dont matter. Too expensive and leslie is awful.

Sometimes I dont think you people use your brains! So "Leslie" raised your rent? Does she pocket that extra money? Or could it be that she also has a boss just like you? Look at the housing market for a min. and you might just understand that rents have gone up EVERYWHERE!

I completely agree Leslie AND Chelsea are terrible heartless women, if you can even call them that. They are the most disrespectful ladies i have ever met. They dont care about anything that is wrong with the apartments. The other day, we had some flooding going on at our apartment due to the erroding garbage disposal, and we let them know right away, no one called us until 4 days later, we had already fixed it, we also left them about 3 messages (before the holidayus began). They are not responsive and then they tried telling me that they tried calling the phone # i left on the message and it was the wrong #.... wtf?? I have had this # for 4 years, when the rent is 1 day late, because we have to pay when they say, they know my number by heart, but when it's us that need their assistance, all of the sudden they dont know my #????? GO figure, both those women need to go back to school for management, and if they never went which looks like its the problem they need to defenitely go!!!!! Or get fired!!

They are pretty mean but wouldnt you act the same way if you had to deal with people everyday?? Just Kidding, they have no reason to be as mean as they are. But try to give them a break, i'm sure their ocupation is up there with dentists in suicidal rates.
