Nice but way overpriced!

I was new to the salt lake area when I moved into Alpine Meadows. Althought the grounds are very nice and the safety isnt much of a concern here. The rates are just way overpriced for the space you get, and if you're lease is up and you require another month possibly. The monthly rate is increased an additional $200. Not only do they require a large monthly rent anyways, but in addition, they require the $200. If you are wealthy and just dont want or need a house, this would be a great place. But with the rates they charge here, you could easily be paying off a mortgage. I would definitely recommend other apartments over this one. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
