I have been here 6 months now. So far, I am pleased but I see signs of lax management. Trash lying on the grounds. Residents with pets should pick up after them. Messy in the grassy areas. Trash containers are pathetic but that is due to inconsiderate residents also. If these kinds of people are continually allowed to move in, I am not sure this place will stay nice. Otherwise, great pool area, good workout room equipment, and fairly quiet, even on weekends.
