I have been here a little over a year now. Some of the office staff have changed since then. I chose an apartment near the fountain which has been on very little this summer, sadly. I liked to open my windows and listen to the sound. Other than that, I like it here. The staff are friendly but I notice they can be slow to respond to repair requests. I have only 1 car so parking is no problem. Being downstairs means I hear every footfall above me but what can they do about that' Not being in the family area helps the quiet I think. I don't notice much noise outside. I work late at night and feel safe walking from my car to my apartment. I was happy enough to resign for another year. Rent is reasonable for the amenities here. Tenant appreciation week in the summer is cool. Parties and lots of give-aways. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
