Before I moved into this horrible apt I asked the management "what do you do when there is noise'" she said "oh we will not tolerate it!" she said "just contact security and they will take care of it".Liar. The noise level is intolerable. When I have complained the security states to the management it was unsubstantiated! Now I was told if I don't stop complaining about the neighbors, I will be evicted!! It is horrible, One of my neighbors play their tv to loud, the man walks around all night, the teenager plays a guitar with an amp. The other neighbors play their tv and music at full volume all night long. The new downstairs neighbors play the piano loudly all day and all night. Normal piano is nice but this must be kids playing because all your hear is horrible sounds of pounding on the keys. The rent is 886.00 a month, that is the 830.00 rent, 25.00 water and sewer, 6.00 carport, 25.00 mandatory insurance rent. 886.00 is alot of money for an apartment complex that doesn't do their job of managing!! Also the paint is horrible, painted over years and years, the dish washer is old and very loud, the air conditioning and heater do not work properly, the bathroom is very small, the walls are thin. It is the most horrible apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I am paying almost 900.00 a month to live is this horrible place!! Don't be naiive like I was. Don't move here.
