The management is horrible. They are rude, beligerant and just downright unprofessional. All of the promises that they said "quiet, peaceful, you will love it here" were all horrible lies. I am very frustrated and I have only been here eight months. I still have four more months to go. The heater is horrible, I keep it on 80 and I hardly feel it. I freeze all night. The dishwasher sounds like a bomb going off and the entire floor vibrates when it is on. The walls are very thin and I can hear my neighbors every step. I live in the bottom level and I totally regret moving here and deciding to move into a bottom level. The bathroom is very, very small. The shower has no water pressure. There is no storage place to keep your things. The rooms are small. The paint is horrible. The rent is so very high. They don't tell you that you have to pay water, I found out when I began checking my mail. It was not written into the lease. Basically this apartment is a big mistake. Don't move here because you will regret it. Sleepless in Sandy.
