The first day we moved in was a problem.The DRIVEWAY has a HUGE GULLY and it tore a hole in our oilpan ($450). When we moved out they billed us almost 2 thousand dollars for cleaning and we had the place professionally cleaned before moving !!!
WHAT a RIPOFF !!! WORST Rental we have EVER HAD.

I have lived at The Falls for 2 years and if you tore a hole in your oilpan, then you are just driving too fast. There is a dip, there is no argument about that, but if you drive slow, like you should anyway with the kids around here, nothing would have happened to your car. As far as you saying that they charged you so much money when you had they place professionally cleaned, I say it sounds like BS to me. Why would they do that?
