My wife and I have been living at The Falls for one year. We just renewed our lease without hesitation. What a sublime experience we have had thus far. The management has been nothing but kind, prompt, and thorough. I have bugged them with countless questions and every time they are eager and willing to help. The first day we moved in, there was a slight maintenance need. We made the request after hours, and by morning, it was complete. Maintenance has continually been quick and complete. I am sure people have different experiences in apartments, but I am also confident people exaggerate the mishaps a little too much. Truth needs no exaggeration. I have absolutely zero complaints with my experience at The Falls. I look forward to living here for years to come.
