I lived at The Falls for almost 2 years and it was an outstanding experience. The management team that I dealt with on a regular basis Kim and Angela were always extremely professional, friendly and always knew my name if with managing a large complex.
At the time I signed my original lease I looked at many apartments in the Sandy/Midvale area. I wanted a garage a covered spot for guests. At the Falls I got both. I also wanted full appliances in the apartment. The unit I wanted didn't have a microwave, Kim had one installed before I moved in.
The only complaint I had is when some very noisy neighbors moved in above me. I had to call security, but they responded very quickly and the issue never arose again.
A great place to live!
