I don't care what the other renters say. The only reason they were charged was because they were irresponsible. Any place you go will charge you fees for damage and cleaning if you don't do it yourself when you leave. And the dips and slopes in the ground are for the rain water and melting snow. Duh. Unless you'd rather it flood and you get water damage to your car. A responsible driver knows how to watch out for those things. Honestly, I've lived in many different complexes, and this is my favorite by far. They're always doing what they can to make things comfortable for you. I just signed another year lease I love it so much. Great for families because the schools aren't that far, the wal-mart is a 2 minute drive, there's plenty of places in the area to eat, a home depot and a best buy right next door! It's a great location and a very safe place to live! I highly recommend it! The management is great, the maintenance respond (within working hours of course) within 3 hours of call! It's great for dogs and cats too! They just changed the allowances on animals and now you can have pets under a year now. Check into it for more information. Don't listen to what all those other irresponsible cry babies had to say. Honestly, if you can clean regularly and know how to not damage property, this is a great place for you! Any place will charge you for messing up the apartment. It's not like these guys are the only ones. I cleaned up my last apartment in this complex the best possible and they only took the money for carpet cleaning out of my deposit. THEY EVEN LOWERED MY DEPOSIT WHEN I SWITCHED TO A BETTER LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX! How many places do that. They also didn't raise my rent either. It got lowered b/c I have trouble making ends meet. Really...who doesn't in this economy! Move into The Falls at Hunter's Pointe! You won't be disappointed!!!
