Get a lawyer to read their contract! Watch out!

My husband and I had a horrible experience with this complex. First warning, never believe what the office staff tells you. (They will tell you what you want to hear, then get upset if you really need anthing.) Read your contract before you sign it. It is very hard and expensive to get out of their leases. Also, they will rent out your apartment if you can't get out of your lease but have to leave. Make sure you keep track of all money sent to the office. They lost two of our checks! It took two months to get our deposit back after we moved out. It took 3 calls to maintenance and over a month to get a clogged drain fixed. Also the walls are very thin! If you have to live there, live upstairs! Our outside wall molded, even in the middle of a drought! Parking was always a problem if you have two cars. There was one office staff member, Male, that was extremely helpful and I wish I could remember his name, otherwise, they appear nice but when it counts, watch out. It took over two months to get a problem fixed with a neighbor who played loud music at all times of the night. When the office staff came by to check it out they said, "oh, its not so bad." Try sleeping to it at 4:00 am. As you can tell our experience was horrible and expensive. Please think twice before you live here. Looks can be decieving!!!
