I lived in these apartments for a year. The utility prices were out of control. So to keep costs down, we would try to just open the windows to let in cool air. Our downstairs neighbors were always outside on their balcony smoking like chimneys and all the cigarette smoke would go right into our apartment. Also, our upstairs neighbors must have been raising a hurd of buffalos because CHUNKS of the ceiling would fall down whenever their children were playing. There is no parking, especially if you come home after 6:00pm. Forget finding a safe spot to park if you come home at 1:00 am or so. The apartment staff will give you a different answer everytime you call them, this is very frustrating especially when you are trying to figure out the specifics of breaking your lease. And you might as well never break your lease because you will pay for it dearly.
