I really have enjoyed living here for the 14 months even though I am charged an arm and a leg for it. The utilities are very expensive, you get charged for everything. I have never had a problem with the staff, they have always been very friendly and take care of any problems within 24 hours. I was able to change my apartment three months into my lease so i could get a ground floor apartment, but i had to renew my lease to do it. After the lease is up they charge extra if you do not renew your lease. i was charged an extra $200 per month for my apartment after my lease expired. The community is nice, i have never had a problem with the neighbors even though i have loud late night parties. The parking is not the best but they have small garages available for a decent price. Overall i would recommed this place to anyone that is looking for a nice place, and is willing to pay dearly for it.
