I work here in the office at Legends and want to clear up the confusion about our deposit. It has always been $99 non-refundable, which is clearly stated on the deposit receipt. We offer a 72 hour grace period in which the deposit is refundable so prospects have a few days make a final decision because we understand that a new home is a big committment. If the deposit is not cancelled within 72 hours by the prospect, the deposit becomes non-refundable and goes toward the prospects new apartment home. We are an honest community and strive to provide exceptional customer service and apologize to the prospect who was misled.

We are interested in this apartment since it's the only one who will allow our bigger dog and near our price range. I was just wondering what IS the total deposit? How much is the pet deposit? Can we pay the pet deposit month to month? Or is there one big payment and then pet rent on top of that?
