I wrote the rating below after I had lived in my apartment for a little while. Since then, my opinon has changed. As much as I liked management and maintenance, things progressively got worse. My rent skyrocketed when it was time to renew my lease. An increase is normal, but the proposed amounts were substantial and it wasn't until I sat down with the manager and said an almost 20% increase is not fair. I'll gladly pay for a quality place, but I got ripped off at this place.

This has got to be the best complex I have ever lived in. The location is great, close to the freeway but not to close. The complex is spacious, open and well kept. The staff is extremly outgoing, friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to create a great living environment. Movie nights, socials, and contests help to create a great atmosphere. The apartments are spacious. There are two swimming pools and playgrounds. Prices are very competitive. It's just a great place to live. I just wish I had a fireplace in my apartment. The golf course, next to the complex, adds to a very pleasant atmosphere.
