I lived at Legends for a year. I would have to say that the management cares very little for its tenents. Like another review on this site, I too was lied to and taken advantage of following a verbal agreement. If you do rent here and come to an aggreement on any issue, do not leave the office until you get it in very specific writing.

I have lived in many apt complexes in my travels around this country and have never been treated worse than at Legends.
