Bad Cost VS Space Value. Noisy downstairs and up. Un-helpful staff and unfair utility charging. Stay away from this company when there are better options in the area. Cars have been stolen from parking lot.

How can they ask $780 per month? I lived at Legends. Nice place. Kind of small...especially for the money. My friend's car was stolen...that could happen anywhere, so can't hold that against Legends. But, how can they ask $780 per month? Advice...invest in a starter home if you can.
