A pain to deal with From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   They never seemed to have a handle on what was going on. Even the day we moved in, we drove here from TX and had movers meeting us at a certain time. The apartment wasn't even ready. We moved apartments once and they charged us a ton of money. It would have been cheaper for us to stay in the two bedroom than to downgrade to the 1 bedroom after all of the fees. You would think that our pet deposit and pet rent would go towards carpet damage. They will let you have a big dog but don't expect your deposit to go towards any normal wear and tear. And then when we moved out of the 2nd apartment into a house they tried to keep my whole deposit again even though I had them do a walk through before I moved out and they said no damages with possible replacement of carpet (they check it with a black light - my dogs do not pee on carpet but they might have vomited once or twice and you can't clean up bodily fluids) but because the carpet wasn't new when we moved it it would only be like $200-$300. I had to fight to get my money back because they just kept tacking fees until it matched what they already had from my deposit. The reason I'm even coming on here to write a review is that I called the complex just now to have them refuse a package for me. My cellphone company sent it to our old address in a mixup. Its like the girl wouldn't even listen to what I was saying and was in a hurry to get off the phone. So now I'm counting on them to actually pay attention to something and more than likely it won't happen and I'll have to drive down to Sandy to pick up my package. I know its not their job to make sure my package gets to the right place but the least they could do is PRETEND to be helpful. Basically the apartment complex is nice and they are pet friendly as long as you can afford all of the fees that they pile on you. But it seems like every one that works there really doesn't give a crap. They are just very rude.
