First of all, I am not a manager of this property and not a friend of any of the employees. I left the apartment few days back and was checking the reviews. I am shocked to see bad reviews given to this apartment. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in US. I have lived in multiple suburbs of big cities but Legends at River Oaks had been my best experience. The apartments are too good, new, with a great view. The management and staff are really nice. I used to be in Building 20, which had a good view and was quite place. Lately many families with kids came to this building but still it was not noisy. Parking was not at all an issue, and there was too much of parking in Building 20, the extra non numbered spaces were never filled up. There is no theft in the building and the whole area is very much secured. Good apartments for anyone.
