The quality of the fixtures and cabinetry is poor. Bleach would actually stain the floors and countertops. Construction of the actual building is poor, as well. The floor of the apartment upsairs when the tenants move around creaks so badly that it is difficult to sleep and/or relax. The cost for rent is also a bit overpriced compared to other communities that I have lived in.
