If I knew how much money I would have to spend to leave this place I never would have gone there to begin with. It looks nice it is all smoke and mirrors. They charged us over $2000 to break our lease and then another $1500 on top of it for what they called "damages". The place was spotless when we left here. They also would ignore phone calls for Maintenance Requests. Save yourself the heartache and find somewhere else to live.

well when you leave the apartment in bad condition u are going to have to pay for the damages. thats how it works. I had a great experience with Legends, every apartment community has things that they need to work on, no place is perfect, but legends staff was always there to help, remeber they have alot of apartments to maintain. be patient and curtious and im sure they will do the same.

Our practice is that you are only responsible for rent until your apartment is re-rented or until the end of your lease term. We have found this to be a very common practice within the state of Utah. As with any contract, it does come with a time obligation. We also offer a 48 hour service guarantee for all service requests.
