My friend and I just recently moved into Legends at River Oaks, the staff became rude after the second or third time I came into the office. Although there are nice amenities. Like a Child Play center, tanning bed, movie theater, gym, even a doggy wash! The views are also amazing. The apartments seem very well kept and beautiful online. But they are not. They are very poorly built. You can hear the people above you as well. The people above us sound like they weigh 500 pounds! The water trickling through the walls from apartments above is very annoying also. They are much nicer apartments in the area. I am disappointed that we signed a lease here. Do not rent an apartment here.
