I had a terrible experience with Promontory Point Apartments. As I was expressing my concerns with neighbors it turned out that I was not the only one with issues. The management was horrible to deal with. I was a great tennant, always on time with rent and had no complaints. I was treated like a 3rd class citizen when I needed repairs done to my apartment. My basement apt flooded due to a building problem. They never did fix the problem permanently. My apartment flooded countless times so I reported it countless times and the office was getting frusterated with ME because I was always complaining.(terrible service) I in return was frusterated with THEM for not ever fixing the problem right! It was awful! I lost a lot of personal items from the flood and the outside of my apartment actually built up with green sludge because it flooded so often. I was told that I needed to clean the sludge- rediculous I would NEVER rent there again! I moved because of the office staff and the fact that my apartment always had something falling apart that should not have. BEWARE RENTERS!
