Don't live here!!!

From: -Anonymous-

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007

This used to be a nice place to live. The grounds were beautiful, the ponds were clean. The buildings were white and it was appealing to the eye.
One year later, they decided to paint the entire complex "Santa Fe" style and it's ugly. Our front door is dark brown. YUCK!
We can hear everything that is said in the hallways and is really annoying and LOUD!During the summer, people let their kids roam the halls and it looks like a day care. The kids scream their heads off and they are never any parents around. I saw 6 kids playing in a car, one of them locked inside as the others jumped on top of the car. No adults were around. It seems like people are running daycares from their apartments. Management does nothing about this.

There are a ton of dogs that poop all over the lawns and run free while their owners just stand there and watch. There is so much dog poop, you can't walk on the lawns. The ponds are frequently drained for cleaning, but never end up being cleaned and are GROSS. If you have ever wanted to live in a dog park, this is the perfect place for you. There are dogs barking constantly.

The ducks are wonderful, but are often left homeless because of the frequent, unnecessary draining, which leads them "sitting" ducks for dogs.

A group of men meet every night from 6-7pm and bring their 4 giant dogs. These dogs run around and are never on leases and will run up to you if you are outside. They kill the ducks/cats/birds while the owners just stand there. The owners do not clean up after their dogs. There is a TON of poop everywhere. It's really gross and trashy.
The management is really nice, but immature. I am a good tenant and always pay my rent on time. I rarely complain, but if I did, nothing would come of it. The management is so busy taking turns getting each other food and running to the tanning salon, getting pedicures, they don't have time to take care of their tenants. They need to get some adults in their office.

There is a specific neighbor I know you will enjoy! Constantly squeeling his tires and joy riding 60 mph at all hours of the night and day. So you will really enjoy spending quiet time with your family and have the privlidge of listening to this man cruise the complex.

I hate it here. We have some good neighbors, but most of them are irresponsible and/or sell drugs. It's common to find 6 people living in a one bedroom apartment.

The air-conditioner often "freezes" up many times during the summer and the apartment gets VERY hot. Management says that they are aware, but don't have the budget to fix it. So if you like living in hell, it's hot enough here for you and you'll love living here. (I can't wait to get outta here.)
