I lived there for a year (Oct 06 through Oct 07) and it was ok. The people were great that worked there however they were not reponse to the needs of those living there in the complex. For what you pay for the place, it is a little higher then average. If you were living with someone even though there were two people in one apartment they only allowed for one covered parking and that made it harder at night to come home and find parking closer to your apartment. The place is keep clean and nice to live, great area. The apartments need more incellation below and above. You can hear your neighbor above you all the time. The prices on utilities was average. In all this place is good to live in, not ment for staying for over a year though.
