I lived in Promontory for 8 months. As far as apartments go it was okay. My main disappointment was in the maintenance. The gym is not well kept. Someone stole the pins for the weights, so half the gym is useless. There used to be a tanning bed, but that was removed. Other than that everything is in pretty good space. They are doing some remodeling and those units look pretty good. The units are a bit small but manageable. This winter my heat went out and it wasnt fixed for 3 days. My main complaint. But the location is excellent and the apartments are really quiet. Compared to a lot of the ratings on here it probably sounds like a good bet, but i think it is great by any means
