My wife and I have lived here for a bit over a year. My main complaint is that I feel noise transfers somewhat easily to the people below. I have gotten used to "walking on egg shells". Also, the top level balconies aren't covered. Don't expect to store stuff outside (top level) that can't be exposed to the elements. Finally, our bathroom has been "re-bathed" at some point and is loud as hell when I take a shower (creaks whenever you move your feet). Even with these problems, it would take a lot for me to consider moving. We have had no problems with maintenance, neighbors, or security issues. The price is a bit high for a single-bedroom apartment, but not that much higher than anywhere else. Overall, a pretty good place.
