I lived at Promontory for about a year and it was by far the best place I ever lived! The apartments are so cute and they have amazing kitchens for being apartments, lots of cabinets and plenty of counter room and the french door to the master bedroom were my favorite part :)

If I was still in the area I would move back there in a second. The staff, both office and maintainance, were great the whole time I was there.

I would recommend Promontory to anybody looking for an apartment.

Obviously written by management trying to raise ratings. Unless you have a newly redone apartment, you will have rotting particle board cabinets that pull away from the hardware and must be taped back to the hardware. When management can no longer make the crumbling cabinets work, they just nail them shut. Very few apartments are redone as the clientele who would live here cannot afford the extra $150 or more in rent for a newly redone apartment. Don't get me started on the nasty, porous, spray-on countertops that they fail to cover with a sealant. Pure petri dishes.... The windows will POUR water when it rains and thus are covered all around in black mold. The painted window ledges on the inside also have "blackness" underneath the white paint. This complex has gone from tolerable to "low rent district", without the "low rent".
