I moved from a place in Midvale to Promontory Point and from the minute I walked onto the property I knew it would be my new home. There's a stream and ponds throughout, beautiful adult trees, bridges...the grounds are very taken care of!
From day one, management has bent over backward to make sure that my home is perfect and that my experience here is the best. (Josh, you've made what can be a dull apartment my HOME!!). They've worked with me on everything from repairs to guests to appliances....what a neat team.
My apartment is beautiful, my porch is huge and my view is outstanding. Everytime I walk into my new home, I melt.
Thanks so much to management!... Anyone thinking to move here DO...one just has to walk the grounds or stand on a balcony take in the view to know that this can be home sweet home.

Josh...did you write these? You were actually known by most to give lip service but not to actually do anything. Now suddenly there are "reviews" where people are personally thanking YOU for their wonderful Promontory experience! Yes, the maintenance guys will come quickly, but they are fixing old, rotten, horrible apartments. The buildings are downright scary looking on the outside, as well as the inside. Many languages are spoken here, but not so much English. The best part of the complex is the beautiful old trees...which is what attracts most people here in the first place. If you like un-supervised, purple haired teens dressed all in black patrolling the property at all hours making mischief like throwing all the trash cans into the pool...this is your place. If you make $35,000 or less and god bless ya, must live here... do try to improve your career standings or you will be living in places like this your whole life!
