If renting why go anywhere else!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I've been an apartment dweller most of my life! Honestly if I wasn't buying a house this year, I'd probably renew my lease this year. This is the longest place i've stayed apartment wise. It's beautiful, the staff is always friendly and very professional. The communication between staff and residents was great. The layout of the apartment is very functional and provides ample of storage. When I moved in the apartment was clean, new paint they had just remodeled. Simply put just beautiful!
Just from personal experience, when stuff breaks in the apartment. They always come to fix it, and if the slight chance of it not being done promptly. The maintenance people would give you approximate times or let you know what the hold up was. They resurfaced the patios and the parking lot during my stay. The staff was able to communicate times and dates and up date you if they were a head or behind schedule. I am not going to lie, I had noisy inconsiderate neighbors but they didn't last long. The management team here are very quick to respond to disturbances like that. They do not put up with people cruising the parking lot blaring music (during the night or weekends especially), on going parties or the constant in and out traffic through specific apartments.
I hear all the time about how the apartment people did nothing. Which may be true, but are you communicating with them about what upsets you in YOUR home' I've always had an open dialog with the previous apartment complexes I lived in but even then nothing got done. I once told a manager at Country Lake Apartments "I can't use my dryer and washer without tripping the breaker." She told me they'd have maintenance look at it. Which they did.... but it was never fixed. And that is the difference with Promontory Point Apartments, they truly care about their residents and they can only HELP those who speak up and let them know what bothers them and what they should continue to do to help maintain exceptional living conditions.
I just want to say thanks to all the employees at Promontory Point and let you all know this has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
