When I moved to Utah I took the first complex that accepted me. It was this one. At first the office service was great. Until about a month later I come to find out when they talk about finances or budget cuts and not providing doggie poop bags then What's the point of paying my pet deposit and an extra 30 a month''
When my microwave just stopped working (at the time I could only cook in the micro) it took them daily calls and weekly office visits and after 3 months they finally replaced it. I kept getting told the status on the microwave was something different each time I called.
The seconde Issue I had with this is when they say they posted something on your door (a notice that someone is servicing) I never got my notice and when I came home early from work one day there were -------- in my apartment! They didn't speak english, and I walked straight to the office and asked when they were going to be done... i was told 20 min or so... an hour goes by and they were leaving, never cleaned up the attic insulation that they left all over my bedroom floor and living room.
Third Issue I have is the stairs. The buildings were built in the 1980's and the stairs are cracked, wobbly and broken, I stepped on a stair and it completely came off the welding! I've taken pictures of everything that goes on here...
Fourth Issue I have is that my balcony sags and hold water for days! I hate hate hate it! I have to walk through the puddle to get to my door.
Fourth Issue- at 11:35 pm the sprinklers that water the grass to my stairs to get to my 3rd floor apartment run! I have to walk through the sprinklers to get to my place! Run the sprinklers after 1am!!
The Fifth issue I have is my washer. the Washer this past weekend wouldn't drain, my dirty water was just sitting in the washer with my clothes! I called the office at 5:15 pm on a Thursday night, right after I found out the problem and the staff said someone would be there first thing in the morning. I woke up @ 730 am to wait for the maint. men to come over. they didn't arrive until after 3p! then when they came over they asked my twice how long the water had been in there, I replied just about 24 hours. (It wasn't my fault it'd been sitting in there for so long.) They left and came back an hour later with another used washer. A downgraded version.
The overall attitude I have about the place: Yes the grounds look good and the buildings are plastered with 20 coats of paint but if you've spent more than a month here, you'll be looking for reasons to move out. The buildings DON'T meet current building code. Staff can be deceiving. I pay my rent ahead and still get treated like crap. Don't move in! This looks like a nice place but what you see is NOT what you get!!

It is interesting to hear people complain over things that they could have easily avoided. By simply shopping around, this person could have just skipped writing this pointless review. It doesn't make sense to complain about when the sprinklers turn on...give me a break! Can't I read a honest review with a real opinion?
